Building My Flora

This year one of my main projects will be working on my flora and really balancing my digestive system. I have been extra extra careful about my food choices lately as an experiment. My consequence for such diligence are clear skin and a super happy tummy! My psoriasis is 98% cleared up and my fiery debilitating tummy yuckies no longer exist! My focus in the last couple months has been restoring my belly bacteria. Here’s an example of the foods I have been working with lately.
…chopped turmeric root, dandelion greens, fennel, celery, pumpkin, grey salt… How would you prepare this collection of awesomeness?! I made an awesome puréed soup!!😋
