Crispy Fried Shrimp

Tonight’s culinary experiment was a success, rather gluttonous and yes, gluten free.πŸ‹πŸ€πŸ€πŸ‹I tossed shelled shrimp in garbanzo bean flour then fried them in safflower oil.πŸ‹πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€πŸ‹Dipping sauce: I mixed 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1 tsp Bragg’s Amino’s, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice.
I’m a big fan of shrimp for its yummy flavor but also for the healthy benefits. Shrimp is high in selenium, vitamins B12, B6, B3, protein, phosphorus, chloride, copper, and iodine. There are so many health benefits from eating shrimp, it really is a superfood. 🌟πŸ’ͺ🍀🌟
