😍🍃Oh the splendor of simple, healthy foods! EVERYTHING I eat has a health purpose. Here are just a few staples in my diet that are truly medicine foods! When I look at these 6 simple (inexpensive) foods I see lots of support from Mother Nature. Eating such foods daily WILL support healthy brain function, balanced mental health, proper digestion, blood health, liver health, kidney health, bone health, heart health, muscle function, skin health, adrenal health, reproductive health, and immune system support. I have also discovered these foods keep me looking and feeling young and vibrant! Yay for Mother Nature! #healingmyself
