After listening to the Medical Medium podcast on Neurological Fatigue I implemented even more celery and fruit pairings into my diet throughout my days. As Anthony William, author of Medical Medium says, our brain and nerve tissues need salt and sugar to function correctly. The salts from plant materials are needed for proper neurological functions. Celery is a very salty veggie, it is full of mineral salts which combined with the fructose and glucose from fruits and certain veggies can calm our inflamed brain and nerve tissues. I had Shingles, an indicator for Neurological Fatigue, so this yummy fruit and veggie combo is great for calming my nervous system.
