Raw Vegan Goodness


πŸŒΏπŸ‰πŸ„πŸŠπŸ…πŸŒΆπŸƒ So this was dinner and now my tummy is full and I am happy! Serious amounts of food and lots of awesome flavors! Tonight I made a fat free basil ginger sauce for my zucchini and summer squash noodles, holy moly was it awesome! πŸ˜‹ My awesomesauce recipeπŸ˜‰ In the high speed blenderπŸ‘‰1.5 medium zucchinis with about 3 cups of fresh basil, 1/4 of a large navel orange (peeled), 1/4 cup of water, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 of a jalapeΓ±o, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, 1/4 tsp fresh turmeric, 3 dates, 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt🌟🌟 This recipe made about 2.5 cups of awesomesauce! So zesty, spicy, and sweet! I tossed spiralized noodles from 1 medium zucchini and 1 medium summer squash with 2 TBSP of Atlantic dulse and about 1.5 cups of exotic mushrooms with about 1.5 cups of sauce. I served my dressed noodles over baby spinach.πŸƒ Then placed avocado, heirloom tomato, watermelon, and red onion over my noodles.πŸ‰πŸ… I finished it all by topping with fresh squeezed navel orange juice, cayenne pepper, curly parsley, and sea salt. 🍊🌢☘🌊OMGoodness! This was so yummy! πŸƒπŸ‰πŸ„πŸ…πŸŒΆπŸŒΏπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
