Grateful

Psoriasis almost gone! As I watch my spots slowly vanish I give gratitude for them.

How could I have gratitude for psoriasis? Well, being chronically ill, psoriasis is an absolute indicator to what really is going on with the body. Even before finding Medical Medium  I knew I had Epstein Barr Virus(EBV) and metal toxicity. Through years of research and seeing a number of practitioners to find answers I came to the awareness that psoriasis indicates hosting EBV and metal toxicity, I just didn’t know where they sat or how to combat them.
For over a decade, I went through many diets and topicals but NOTHING worked until I introduced high carb, low fat, grain free, raw vegan, organic 80/10/10 eating. After listening to MM’s podcast on Psoriasis and Eczema, I was given concise information as to how to let go of my spots. According to MM, those of us who have psoriasis are born with copper and pesticide toxicity in the liver.
This toxicity has been passed down from multiple generations from over 100 years ago and continues to be passed on through conception. As well, those of us who have psoriasis are either born with EBV or pick it up somewhere in our lifetime.
EBV loves to settle itself in the liver (amongst other parts of the body) and eats heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, radiation, stress hormones, alcohol, and certain foods. The EBV then “poops” and the waste (which MM refers to as Dermatoxins) finds its way to the skin and creates hot, inflamed sores. In order to combat such a cycle I am “starving” the EBV and detoxing my liver with high carb, low fat, organic, grain free, raw plant materials and following the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox.
So far, this process has been the most successful process I have found in over a decade. This cycle of letting go of psoriasis can take time. As well, as the liver detoxes the psoriasis will lighten up then inflame then light up further then inflame again them come back lighter and lighter.
To my fellow psoriasis sufferers, this is just how the process works so please do not get discouraged. Keep going, I believe in you, I am cheering you on! You’ve got this! Much love and many blessings to all!😇
