Microbe and Bacteria Crazy


๏ปฟI am healthy belly microbe and bacteria crazy! Always working toward optimum brain function, healthy digestion, liver function, kidney function, blood health, lymph function and heart health through diet. This was my breakfast this morning: ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿณ๐ŸณThree pasture raised fried eggs from #handsfullfarm I fried in organic coconut oil with Celtic Sea Salt๐ŸŒŠ Two slices of gluten free bread from ๐Ÿž๐Ÿž Grindstone Bakery I fried in coconut oil then topped with my prebiotic pesto. Homemade sauerkraut and homegrown water kefir.๐Ÿ˜‹ Building and replenishing my belly bacteria as well as feeding my gluttonous pallet!! 

Carrot Soup To The Rescue


Carrot soup to the rescue!! I found myself laid up today with a yucky head old๐Ÿ˜ทSo Im keeping myself locked up at home doing a bit of self care. When my immune system tells me to slow down and pay attention to it, I do my best to honor it. So I allow myself extra rest, drink lots of fluids, and eat extra powerful plant based medicines!! I do not take over the counter medicines, I make my medicine with medicine from our Mother Earth๐ŸŒฑ My hydration of choice for battling this cold is homemade ginger, turmeric, Meyer lemon, Celtic sea salt tea.๐Ÿ‹Today’s heavy duty medicine is carrot-ginger-fennel-turmeric purรฉed soup topped with hemp seeds. I will be sipping on this soup all day and adding it to my meals. For lunch, I accompanied my soup with avocado I mixed with Braggs Aminos, organic tortilla chips on the side and a Revive Red Kombucha!๐Ÿ˜‹Thank you Mother Earth for providing such nourishment!๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿ™

Turmeric Ginger Broth


Turmeric ginger veggie broth! Get in my belly! I made a mirepoix by sautรฉing fresh chopped turmeric, fresh chopped ginger, fresh fennel, carrots, celery, homegrown Meyer lemon juice, grass fed butter, and Celtic sea salt. Then, added some spring water to the pot. Stuck my hand blender in my mixture and blended till everything was liquified. One cup of this in the morning can make boost your immune system, ease aches and pains, ease arthritis, soothe digestion, soothe acid reflux, reduce mucus build up, support artery health, support brain function, ease psoriasis, stimulate brain function, help muscle function, and is for your complexion…๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›
