Before and After Amazementย 

Feeling the need to make a psoriasis before and after post๐Ÿ˜‰The pic to the left is my right hand in February and the pic to the right is the same hand today.๐Ÿ™€

When I look back at my psoriasis photo journal I am astounded to see where I was compared to where I’m at now.๐Ÿ’๐ŸฝI am still working away from the psoriasis I host as well as shingles, adrenal fatigue, tinnitus, overall fatigue, and brain fog but the difference in my skin and my life today verses where I was at in February is amazing.๐Ÿ™Œ

Through an 80/10/10 raw vegan diet which I began in March I’ve been able to accomplish such clarity in my skin as well as my physical health!๐ŸŽ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿˆ

This picture does not just represent where I’m at with my skin issues but it also, metaphorically, is a representation of where I’m at with my overall physical and emotional health!๐Ÿ’›So mind blowing how much every part of my life has improved since embarking on this life changing foods journey!!โ˜€๏ธ

Another phenomenon is the color of my skin! I’m actually not sure if it is the lighting in the pics or the mass quantities of plant materials I consume but there is a tremendous difference in my skin tone in these pics!๐Ÿค”Whatever it is that presents such a difference in my skin tone is a mystery to me๐Ÿ‘

I squeezed fresh Meyer lemon juice over my veggies and sprinkled them with and little Celtic Sea Salt and cayenne pepper. This beautiful collection of veggie goodness is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack time.

๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™‹๐ŸฝSnacks for healing my Neurological Fatigue ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽ Celery, purple carrots, navel oranges, pink lady apple slices. After listening to the Medical Medium podcast on Neurological Fatigue I implemented even more celery and fruit pairings into my diet throughout my days. As Anthony William, author of Medical Medium says, our brain and nerve tissues need salt and sugar to function correctly. The salts from plant materials are needed for proper neurological functions. Celery is a very salty veggie, it is full of mineral salts which combined with the fructose and glucose from fruits and certain veggies can calm our inflamed brain and nerve tissues. I had Shingles, an indicator for Neurological Fatigue, so this yummy fruit and veggie combo is great for calming my nervous system. Thank you Anthony William for this brilliant info!๐Ÿ™ As I continue further into this to this journey my symptoms continue to lighten up and I am getting my life back! So grateful!!๐Ÿ™Œ
