Reflecting on the health struggles I’ve lived with in the past couple of years🤔I’ve broken down so many times in the last 2 years with Shingles, fatigue, pain, nausea, anxiety, and just feeling awful, spending days on end in bed. It was very difficult emotionally, I was almost convinced I’d never be able to thrive again. I prayed and cried and hoped for better health, seeking an answer to what was wrong with me and how to heal.
Well, last December I found Medical Medium and in my desperation dove straight into his plant based dietary protocol and faith filled philosophy.🍌🍃Little by little, with so many ups and downs, I began to find my vibrance again. 11 months later I feel like I’m back in my groove!
The last couple weeks has been a testimony to knowing my groove is back! I cannot believe I have been able to keep up with my agenda!🌪To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to handle everything I planned for myself in the last 2 weeks! An extra heavy workload, prepping for a solo road trip to Southern California, driving all over the LA area (nearly 1000 miles round trip), visiting with friends, attending a conference, running around Disneyland, never taking a break to rest in all the busyness, then going straight back to work with a full schedule.
I was actually worried I’d put too much on my agenda and I would break at some point or have to call in sick to work when I came back home.
But excitedly I never fell apart, I have just kept going! This truly would not have been possible in the last 2 years with all the health struggles that kept holding me back.
Well, here I am today reflecting on the high capacity I’ve been able to strongly sustain and continue to roll with. If not for the dietary protocol I’ve been on I don’t believe I would be in such a vibrant state.
Yes, I am still repairing and am very aware of what I need to do to fully heal, so I will continue on this fruit filled, veggie munching, celery juice and lemon water drinking protocol.💚

Feeling the need to make a psoriasis before and after post😉The pic to the left is my right hand in February and the pic to the right is the same hand today.🙀
When I look back at my psoriasis photo journal I am astounded to see where I was compared to where I’m at now.💁🏽I am still working away from the psoriasis I host as well as shingles, adrenal fatigue, tinnitus, overall fatigue, and brain fog but the difference in my skin and my life today verses where I was at in February is amazing.🙌
Through an 80/10/10 raw vegan diet which I began in March I’ve been able to accomplish such clarity in my skin as well as my physical health!🍎🍌🍍🍋🍉🍈
This picture does not just represent where I’m at with my skin issues but it also, metaphorically, is a representation of where I’m at with my overall physical and emotional health!💛So mind blowing how much every part of my life has improved since embarking on this life changing foods journey!!☀️
Another phenomenon is the color of my skin! I’m actually not sure if it is the lighting in the pics or the mass quantities of plant materials I consume but there is a tremendous difference in my skin tone in these pics!🤔Whatever it is that presents such a difference in my skin tone is a mystery to me👐

Oh for the love of raw vegan maki sushi!!😉Raw cauliflower rice with avocado rolled up in nori! So so so yummy!! 1 small head of cauliflower with 1 tsp fresh ginger and 3 cloves of garlic in the food processor, transfer into a mixing bowl then add a pinch of sea salt, stir, and BAM you have yourself the most bomb cauliflower rice ever!🍚💣
Spread some cauliflower rice onto a nori sheet, place your avocado on the bottom of your nori then roll up, slice carefully with a sharp knife, serve with a little OJ and lemon juice mixed with ground mustard, sliced jalapeño, and sea salt, then ENJOY!!
Meals like this have been my go to for 7 months and my life is forever changed!!😍I cannot express how joyful I am to have transitioned into eating raw vegan! Searching for the right diet to let go of psoriasis, fatigue, constant nausea, anxiety, and Shingles has been my life mission for years and I have finally cracked the code!!🔓
Oh joy of joy!! The psoriasis I have hosted for 13 years is ALMOST GONE!!❣️I just upped my workload again and am cranking out massage clients like I used to!!💆🏻💆🏽♂️💆🏼💆🏾♂️💆I can’t remember the last time I was nauseous!!🙊The last anxiety attack I had was so long ago!!🙇🏽♀️And the dreaded numbness and shooting pain from Shingles have not been present for weeks!!🙅🏽I am so grateful for this process!!
I do plan on eating raw vegan for 3 months after my psoriasis is gone then I will reintroduce cooked foods.🍲But until it is the right time it’s raw vegan all the way for this autoimmune warrior!!🙆🏽🍎🍌🍅🍍🍋

I squeezed fresh Meyer lemon juice over my veggies and sprinkled them with and little Celtic Sea Salt and cayenne pepper. This beautiful collection of veggie goodness is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack time.
Hot cocoa? No…Hot Cacao!☕️I’ve been starting my days off with this AWESOME SUPERFOOD YUMMINESS! Cacao is an ultra superfood containing calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, fiber, and protein!💪the recipe for this yummy morning pick me up:
2 cups water
1 TBSP cacao powder
1 TBSP almond butter
Pinch of grey salt
1TBSP maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend. Pour into a sauce pan an heat. Sip and enjoy!

Prebiotic soup yumminess! I made a mirepoix with the veggies from my last post then made a soup with organic pinto beans, a jalapeño, Bragg’s Amino’s, doTERRA lemongrass, lime, and ginger essential oils. So yummy! Soooo good for my belly bacteria!🌟
This year one of my main projects will be working on my flora and really balancing my digestive system. I have been extra extra careful about my food choices lately as an experiment. My consequence for such diligence are clear skin and a super happy tummy! My psoriasis is 98% cleared up and my fiery debilitating tummy yuckies no longer exist! My focus in the last couple months has been restoring my belly bacteria. Here’s an example of the foods I have been working with lately.
…chopped turmeric root, dandelion greens, fennel, celery, pumpkin, grey salt… How would you prepare this collection of awesomeness?! I made an awesome puréed soup!!😋
